ICF Installation Is Our Speciality

Insulated concrete forms and foundations are what we promote clients to install for their building foundations. Its application can be used in vertical and horizontal applications as well. We offer installation services of foundation walls, frost walls for crawl spaces and slab buildings, as well as subfloors, single slope roofs and porches.

New Gold Standard

Insulated Concrete Forms (ICFs) are a construction material used to create reinforced concrete walls. They consist of hollow, interlocking foam blocks or panels that are stacked, aligned, and then filled with concrete to form the structure of a building. The foam insulation provides thermal resistance, while the concrete core offers strength and durability. ICFs offer several advantages over traditional construction methods, including energy efficiency, sound insulation, and resistance to fire, wind, and moisture. They are commonly used in residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects to create highly insulated and resilient buildings.

Insulated Concrete Forms

ICF is a stay-in-place form that provides insulation, air and vapor barrier, prevention of sound transmission and a finish attachment for exterior and interior finishes of the building. The product is the modernized way of achieving great strength and resilience to elements that the environment challenges a structure with.

Footing Service

Foundation footing will be pinned by the surveyor for the footprint and setback locations of the building, based on the building location to the lot. These pins will be verified by our crew for dimension and building square with our laser equipment to ensure accuracy of elevation and footprint. We offer bedrock footing installation that allows us to build on Canadian shield. We can install engineered footings for smaller buildings, such as detached garages or workshops. We also offer helical pile, bigfoot, and sono-tube footings for decks, porches etc. These are vertical point load footings that allow buildings to be supported to native ground below the frost line based on vertical loads that are required and spec’d by engineer.
