Land Clearing

Our site preparation services include silt fencing, tree protection fencing, driveway rough-ins, and land clearing. We operate the equipment required to remove the trees in the footprint of the future home. We remove all the logs off-site, chip the brush and strip remove the top soil and debris to make a clean slate for surveyors to come through and accurately pin the footprint of the excavation.

Excavation

We offer excavation services to ensure that we set up our team for success with our structure. This gives us the opportunity to ensure adequate dewatering solutions to ensure stable base soils and to aid in the timely process of site presence. We won’t have to leave the site while another excavation contractor does the backfill and rough grade. Our equipment can be on site when we need it and to ensure site conditions remain tidy while construction materials and equipment are being moved.

Custom Framing & Forming

We offer custom framing techniques that are not found in subdivision buildings. We work with our architectural designers as well as engineers to iron out details that may have been missed or coordinate on-site changes to ensure details in the plan can be achieved with the materials spec on the build.
We also offer an alternative to traditional framed walls with ICF construction right to the trusses. Some clients want to achieve a very efficient home that will last the test of time and we can achieve this with a full ICF home.

ICF & Forming Systems

ICF is a stay-in-place form that provides insulation, air and vapor barrier, prevention of sound transmission and a finish attachment for exterior and interior finishes of the building. The product is the modernized way of achieving great strength and resilience to elements that the environment challenges a structure with.

Footing & Foundation

Foundation footing will be pinned by the surveyor for the footprint and setback locations of the building, based on the building location to the lot. These pins will be verified by our crew for dimension and building square with our laser equipment to ensure accuracy of elevation and footprint. We offer bedrock footing installation that allows us to build on Canadian shield. We can install engineered footings for smaller buildings, such as detached garages or workshops. We also offer helical pile, bigfoot, and sono-tube footings for decks, porches etc. These are vertical point load footings that allow buildings to be supported to native ground below the frost line based on vertical loads that are required and spec’d by engineer.
